This is a 46-year-old who presents with an interest in body contouring. The areas that bothered her the most were her arms, breasts and abdomen. She was a small C cup and wished to have more fullness in her upper breast. Patient had 304 cc Allergan silicone implants placed into both breasts. In addition, she had suctioning of her arms and abdomen as well as an abdominoplasty performed.
