    After undergoing 4 prior rhinoplasties elsewhere, this patient wasseeking refinement of her very wide and drooped tip. This patient required harvesting the patient's rib cartilage, sculpt it and then insert it into the patients nose in order to achieve a more graceful and elegant appearance.
