This 45 year old professional had lost some weight through diet and exercise but found some areas resistant to his weight loss efforts. His chest prominence had not changed. He underwent gynecomastia reduction, direct excision of the glandular tissue, through a circumareolar approach. Additional chest liposuction tapered the contour across. He also had liposuction of his abdomen and waistline. Total liposuction volume 4.2Liters. He is enjoying his new shape and continues to work out regularly.
