    30 year old woman with congenitally missing lateral incisors. She had orthodontic treatment completed but had very tight space available for implants. Through 3-dimensional planning and computer-assisted fabricated surgical guides, narrow platform implants were successfully placed and restored to optimal aesthetics and smile.
