35-44 year old woman treated with Natrelle Breast Implants

This 43 year old woman has had two children. Allergan Natrelle, SRF-345 breast implants. They are smooth, round, highly cohesive silicone gel, (gummy bear), 345cc full profile. The implants were placed under the muscle using an incision in the crease under the breast. She is 5'7 tall and weighs 103 lbs. Her results are shown 10 months later.

before and after rapid recovery breast augmentation. This patient has a chest wall deformity called pectus excavatum. This is a common deformity where the breastbone is pressed inward. Her chest wall deformity caused her breasts to take on a more square and underdeveloped shape. I did a breast augmentation creating more space under the breasts for the implants to round our her breasts giving them a more natural round shape. The implants were placed under her chest muscle to create a more natural shape as well.

Before and after tuberous/constricted breast augmentation. This patient had small breasts and a tuberous or constricted breast shape. For cases like this the treatment is unique. I did a periareolar incision, subglandular implant pocket placement, lowering of the inframammary breast creast to create room in the lower pole, and radial scoring of the breast parenchyma to allow the breast tissue to open up over the implant. She now has much better shape AND volume.

Before and after rapid recovery breast augmentation. This patient had a mild tuberous or constricted breast deformity. I did a special breast augmentation designed specifically to correct this type of breast. For tuberous breasts I use a periareolar incision and slightly lower the inframammary breast crease to create more room in the lower pole. I place the implant under the breast but not the muscle: subglandular. I then release the constriction by radially scoring the breast tissue which allows the breast to spread out over the implant creating a rounder and better shaped breast.

I used a large size as she wanted more volume and shape.
