This woman was unhappy with her abdominal contour after pregnancy. She had a persistent bulge and loose skin in the lower abdomen that did not improve with exercise. She was treated with a mini-tummytuck, including full muscle repair but no need for creation of a new belly button.

This woman maintained a healthy, stable weight after pregnancy but was dissatisfied with several aspects of her body shape. She had a bulge in her lower abdomen that was treated with a mini-tummytuck. Light abdominal etching was performed with liposuction. Other areas of stubborn fat deposits were removed, including the waist and love handles with transfer to the buttocks (BBL) to improve buttock fullness, shape and projection.

	There are several liposuction techniques. Techniques are based on the amount of anesthetic injected to the tissues (wet, superwet, tumescent), the method used to suction the fat (manual suction via syringe, power assisted, ultrasonic, laser), and the size of the cannulas used (thin, regular). Used the tumescent technique with thin cannulas throughout the procedure to enhance smooth tissue contours. He believes that the thin 3 mm cannulas are essential for a uniform result. Some surgeons use larger 5 mm cannulas and can extract the fat faster.

	Dermatolipectomy is a procedure that takes out skin, but does not tighten the muscle. It benefits most slender women who have wrinkly or excess skin, but good muscle tone.

Before and after tummy tuck. This patient had loose skin and a loss of her hour miniglass shape after pregnancy. I did a tummy tuck removing all skin and fat from her belly button to the pubic area. I used VASER high def liposuction to contour her waist giving her an hourglass shape. I also did a corset 3 vector muscle plication to tighten her waist and flatten her abdomen.

Before and after rapid recovery breast augmentation. This patient wanted more volume and a better shape. She had square breasts in an overly short nipple to breast fold distance. I used a sillicone gel SoftTouch Gummy Bear implant. I used a moderate profile implant. I lowered her breast fold to create space and round out the breasts. We did 3D breast implant imaging to choose the implant profile and volume. She chose a 345cc moderate profile implant which corrected both her size and shape.

Before and after corset tummy tuck: This patient had a scarred abdomen from previous abdominal surgery. She had changes consistent with multiple pregnancies: rectangular waist, loose muscle, and lower abdominal skin excess and fat. I did a corset tummy tuck. The removal of lower abdominal skin and fat removed the unsightly scar on her abdomen. I used VASER ultrasound liposuction to sculpt her waist and give her an hourglass shape. I did a 3 vector corset abdominoplasty to flatten her abdomen and further cinch her waist.

Before and after Mini tummy tuck. This patient had loose skin, stretch marks, mild excess fat, and rectus diastasis after multiple pregnancies. I did a mini tummy tuck meaning that her incision was confined to INSIDE her hip bones. I used a bikini incision and VASER liposuction to sclupt her waist. I did a corset muscle plication to narrow her waist and flatten her abdomen. I was able to remove almost all of the loose skin on her lower abdomen which not leaving her short waisted.

Before and after tummy tuck with lipo 360:  This patient demonstrates all 3 components of a standard tummy tuck:  excess skin and fat in the lower abdomen, rectus diastasis, and fat around her waist.  I did a standard tummy tuck with a bikini incision.  3 vector corset muscle plication to flatten her abdomen and cinch in her waist to give her more of an hourglass figure.  I then did VASER ultrasound high def lipo of her waist to give her better contour and a 360 effect.

REVISION tummy tuck. This patient was unhappy with the results of her tummy tuck by another surgeon. For her revision I lowered her scar so that it could be hidden in underwear. I removed more skin and fat, I re-tightened her abdominal muscles using a 3 vector corset plication technique to cinch in her waist. I then used VASER ultrasound liposuction. to etch out her abdominal muscles and carve our her waist to give her an hourglass shape.
