    40 year old female who complained of skin laxity around "belly button" and excess fat after having a child. She "wanted to see her 6 pack." She did not have enough skin for a full abdominoplasty which would have tightened skin above "belly button." Laser Liposuction (Slimlipo)was used to sculpt fat from abdomen and tighten the skin around her "belly button" and a Mini Tummy Tuck done to tighten lower abdominal skin.
