    Dr. Nichter used the new "hybrid" implant by Ideal Implant. It consists of chambers on the inside, which are filled with saline during surgery. The shell is made of silicone. This new technology provides the safety of saline with the look and feel of silicone. The left side was filled to 335 cc's and the right was filled to 370 cc's. She was a 34B before surgery and after surgery she is a 34C.
