25-34 year old woman treated with Butt Augmentation

The patient had a previous Brazilian Butt Lift done several years ago and now presents for further augmentation. While she had some improvement in her shape and buttock she did not reach her aesthetic goals. I revised her buttock augmentation with a second round of fat transfer. She had liposculpting of the abdomen, inner thighs, back and flanks. This fat was then processed and used to augment her buttock. Her second Brazilian Butt Lift consisted of 1100cc of fat being transferred per side for her augmentation.
