    A 69 year old woman with a past history of facial paralysis presented with assymetry and severe upper eyelid “hooding.” She complained that people always asked her why she was so sad. A browlift and upper blepharoplasty were performed to restore a youthful and happy look. A lower blepharoplasty was used to remove “bags” in the lower lids.
