    The patient underwent a buttock augmentation with 712cc silicone implants and 500cc of fat transfer. She had liposculpting of the flanks, back and abdomen. The fat that was removed during the sculpting was used to augment the hips. The shape and projection of her butt is done with the round silicone butt implants.
