Rhinoplasty

Before and after photo of a 27 year old woman, 9 months after open rhinoplasty and septoplasty. The surgical techniques included a profile reduction (hump removal) with lateral osteotomies as well as columellar strut placement, lateral crural overlay and septocolumellar suture to rotate her tip. To improve her breathing, I placed spreader grafts and straightened her septum.
