60 year old man treated with Facelift

    This is a 60 year-old man who is 5’11” tall. He presented with the complaint of excess skin and fullness in his neck. Therefore, he underwent a lower facelift with full tightening of his platysma muscle and partial tightening of the facial muscles (SMAS muscles).
