Lower blepharoplasty

The patient was in her late 30's and wanted rejuvenation of the crepe-like skin of her lower eyelid region. She was slender, healthy, and did not want anything drastic. She merely wanted a little rejuvenation for a freshened appearance. The patient wanted minimal surgery. She underwent a lower blepharoplasty under IV sedation and is shown 2 weeks after surgery.
