This is a 5’6 64 year old who had lost 80 pounds after her gastric bypass surgery performed 12 years prior. To restore a more natural appearance to her new healthier body, the following procedures were performed during a single operation. 2525 grams of abdominal tissue were removed during her tummy tuck, much of which had moles which she disliked the appearance of. To enhance the contour of the abdomen and improve definition of the abdomen, I performed liposuction on her flanks. 400cc of fat were removed (200ccs on the left and right side were removed) Excess skin and subcutaneous tissue was then removed from her mons pubis area.   To improve the appearance of her breasts, I was able to utilize her own tissue to add upper pole volume to her breasts without the use of an implant. This technique called an enhanced breast lift or mastopexy auto augmentation is an especially great options for weight loss patients who need additional volume to create proportional results from their breast lift. Her results are seen in her photos, taken 9 months after her surgery.
