    INFRA-MAMMARY APPROACH: A 24 year old lady who underwent bilateral augmentation mammoplasty. Sub-muscular, Smooth Rounded High Profile Silicone implants were employed for augmentation (425 CC implant size). She went from size “A” to a full “C” cup size.
