35-44 year old woman treated with Rhinoplasty

    This 43 year-old female  wanted to refine the tip of her nose.  She did not like the way the columella (the part between the nostrils) hung down below her nostrils.  She also didn't like the splay of her nostrils.  She wanted the tip to look more round and less pointy.
