She is a 38-year-old female who presented for a breast reduction. She complained of long-standing back and neck pain. Despite physical therapy she continued to have symptomatic macromastia. She underwent a inferior pedicle wise pattern breast reduction. Over 700 grams of tissue were removed per each breast. She is pictured 6 months post-operatively with significant improvement in her symptoms a more rejuvenated appearance the breast.
