35-44 year old woman treated with Breast Implant Revision

This is a 41 year old, 5’5” tall & 105 pounds. She has not had any children. She had a sub muscular augmentation 10 years ago with 350 ml saline implants. Early on, she had a capsular contracture of her left breast, which was treated, and she has had no problems since. She came in requesting a smaller size and more perky appearance. She is seen here 3 months after revision using capsular flaps to tighten the pocket, placement of 300 ml saline implants and a vertical mastopexy.
