29 year old Female with a bulbous and and droopy tip. She requested more tip projection and reduction of her bulbous tip. Dr Slupchynskyj performed an open Rhinoplasty with bulbous tip reduction and cartilage grafting using shield and strut grafts. In addition , the caudal cartilaginous and bony septum were reduced. She is 6 months post-op.
