    35 year old male came to our office interested in undergoing a revision otoplasty correction. Patient had prior otoplasty for prominent ears at a different facility. He presents with residual deformity and asymmetry with right ear projecting more than left. Patient underwent bilateral ear surgery to correct asymmetry.
