18-24 year old woman Revision Rhinoplasty with Rib Cartilage graft

    This woman underwent a Revision Rhinoplasty with a rib cartilage graft. She had a Rhinoplasty when we was 15 years old and as she aged the tip graft became over rotated so that you could see into her nostrils. The revision restored the proper length and rotation of the nasal tip.
