18-24 year old woman Revision Rhinoplasty with Rib Cartilage graft

    This woman underwent a Revision Rhinoplasty with a rib cartilage graft. She had a Rhinoplasty when we was 15 years old and as she aged the tip graft became over rotated so that you could see into her nostrils. The revision using a rib cartilage graft restored the proper length and rotation of the nasal tip.
