    This patient desired to remove the excess skin and soft tissue off of her abdomen and waist that resulted after weight loss. We discussed her options and decided to proceed with the following: -panniculectomy -fleur de lis tummy tuck -liposuction of abdomen and flanks She is shown here at 5 months after her procedure with dramatically improved abdomen and waist appearance.
