    This is an attractive female in her late 20s who presents to me after a previous rhinoplasty. She dislikes the asymmetry and the heaviness of the tip. She underwent revision rhinoplasty with small chin implant to give her more of a heart shaped face. Here she presents 2 years after surgery thus demonstrating the long-lasting results.
