Despite a dedicated workout schedule, she still had trouble areas that she wanted improved. She patient had always had normal mammograms, but she had a maternal grandmother that was a breast cancer survivor. She was interested in a breast augmentation and to make her mammograms easier to read in the future, we decided to use a saline implant for her breast augmentation. She also had a small belly button hernia and an old scar from her C-section. She had fullness in the inside of her thighs and on the outside of her thighs that I would correct with a small amount of tumescent liposuction.During her surgery, I placed a smooth round saline implant that had a moderate profile. It was a 425cc implant that I only filled to 450cc to maintain its softness. During her Abdominoplasty, I removed 3 pounds of skin and fat, repaired her belly button hernia, and tightened the muscles that had been stretched out by her pregnancies. I removed a small amount of fat from her love handles, her inner thighs and her outer thighs. She is shown her six months post-operatively and now wears clothing that is three sizes smaller than before surgery.
