    This 49 year old woman had Natrelle cohesive silicone gel breast implants placed under the muscle. The breast implants, sized 371 cc on the right and 360 cc on the left were placed under the muscle with an inframammary fold incision. This patient was a 32 A/B cup bra size preop and is now a 32 DD/34D cup postop. Postop photos at 3 months
