    56 yo with right breast cancer treated with mastectomy and chemotherapy. The patient underwent delayed right breast reconstruction with a left muscle sparing free microvascular TRAM flap. Nipple reconstruction occurred 6 months later. Long term follow-up photo taken 6.5 years postop.
