    This patient presented for cosmetic facial rejuvenation surgery to correct lax facial and neck skin. The patient was unhappy with the pronounced jowling and neck banding. She felt that her appearance made her look tired. She sought to look as young as she felt. She underwent facelift surgery which helped to tighten the face and neck, restoring a natural, youthful appearance.
