35-44 year old man treated with Nose Surgery

    This 43 year old male underwent a closed revision rhinoplasty procedure to correct a hanging columella and bilateral valvular collapse.  He had surgery elsewhere and was unhappy with the outcome.  A columella strut, tip pasty and spreader graft were used for the reconstruction.
