This 26 year old patient voiced concern regarding her asymmetric, deflated breast appearance. She chose to undergo a combined breast augmentation and breast lift. A 350 cc Moderate Plus saline implant was placed(filled 390 cc on the right and 360 cc on the left) and a vertical, superior pedicle breast lift performed. Postoperative photos taken at 12 weeks following surgery.
