    This 31 year old presented with very common loss of breast fullness and slight ptosis(or sagging) of the breast following the birth of her children. She has a limited scar(vertical) breast lift and 350 ml Moderate profile silicone gel implants. Postoperative photos taken at eight weeks following surgery.
