    Bothered by her tear troughs and the beginning of lower eyelid bags that she felt were making her look tired, this woman did not want surgery but wanted something long lasting that would help her. She chose to have Bellafill (also known as Artefill) placed under her eyes. One syringe was literally air bushed onto each side using a cannula technique.
