    This 35 year old professional came to us to discuss firming and shaping up her bust line. After two pregnancies, she felt her breasts had a ‘deflated’ look and wanted a fuller, higher and tighter appearance. Upon examination, Dr. Romanelli found her to be an excellent candidate for a breast augmentation (implants) with a vertical mastopexy (lift). The mastopexy would lift the position of her nipples and tighten up the loose skin, while the breast augmentation would give her the fullness up top (upper pole) that so many women look for. This patient opted for 250 cc silicone gel implants. The surgery took less than 2 hours.
