Complained of a loss of breast volume after pregnancy. She is 5’4” tall, 127 lbs and wore a 34B bra. She underwent a sub-pectoral breast augmentation using Natrelle silicone 371cc smooth round implants. They were placed through a sub-mammary (under breast) incision. Postoperatively she wears a 34C/D bra.
