    Post traumatic nose deformity with Nasal blockage ,attempted Rhinoplasty 2 years back elsewhere,The nose required complete reconstruction ,the fractured septal cartilage pieces were removed and the nasal frame work was reconstructed using Rib Cartilage,conchal cartilage and Fascia Lata,the patient was so depressed with the deformity ,got a new lease
