    This is a 45 year old, 5'5", 122 pound woman who complained about sagging breasts that were somewhat asymmetrical in size, and a loose tummy. She underwent a mastopexy to lift the breasts along with a small reduction of her right breast to achieve better symmetry. She also underwent a tummy tuck to flatten and tighten her abdomen. Post-operative pictures are from 1 year after surgery.
