65-74 year old woman treated with Facelift Revision, Neck Lift, CO2 Laser, Lower Eyelid Surgery, Facial Fat Transfer

This 73-year-old female had a previous facelift surgery 20 years prior, and wanted to restore contour to her neck and lower face. She also had severely sun-damaged skin and slight lower lid bags. A revision deep plane face and neck lift was performed, along with a trans-conjunctival lower bleph, fractionated CO2 laser skin resurfacing and facial fat grafting.
