    This 28 year-old athlete was unhappy with the size and shape of her breasts after having 2 children. She is 5'2" tall and weighs 125 pounds. She had 425 cc gel implants placed beneath the muscle, and a circumareolar mastopexy with a vertical scar extension. The postoperative pictures were taken a year after her surgery.
