    This patient had diffuse and massive hypertrophy of the labia minora. The labiaplasty surgery involved a "wedge" technique which reduced the vast majority of the labia excess and also straightened the remaining labia so that they remained parallel to each other and nestled below the labia majora. She is shown at three months after the labiaplasty.
