    This patient was unhappy with the size of her buttocks. She underwent bilateral Buttock Augmentation with Implants. A 460 cc implant was placed in the subfascial position bilaterally. This procedure is performed under general anesthesia and takes approximately 4 hours. She was discharged to home after spending an hour in our recovery room.
