Asian Rhinoplasty, Genioplasty, Submental Liposuction, Juvaderm to Beneath Eyebrows

This women desired a face lift / neck lift. She wanted a rhinoplasty. She wanted a upper blepharoplasty. After an in depth consultation, it became clear that her goal for the face lift was to create a distinction between her neck and face. I am not against doing facelifts in the 40 year old population - but in her case I felt she could better achieve her desired result with genioplasty and submental liposuction. We also did an Asian rhinoplasty with rib graft. Finally, her desires for her blepharoplasty were to lift up the upper eyelid skin very subtly. So I suggested the juvaderm to the eyebrows (this is great little procedure which can also be done with fat grafting). With that said these results are relatively early - I have included them to show how quickly one can recover and will update them in time.
