Lower lid fat prolapse, right worse than left. Loss of midface volume

Side profile demonstrate the improvement in the tear trough deformity (orbital rim hollowing) and midface volume. The patient only had hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers consisted of Restylane and Juvederm. This patient did not undergo any sort of eyelid surgery.
