    Her previous rhinoplasty surgeon didn't know what to do with the tip of her nose. It was too bulky, too long, and it made her appear older in the before photo. Most problems that people have from previous surgery can be improved with another rhinoplatsy, but it's a much more difficult operation than a first-time procedure.
