Rhinoplasty

A young, short female with young features can have the shortest nose. An older person should have a slightly longer nose. A taller person should have a longer nose. And generally, males should have longer noses. I operate on many men who are transitioning to female, and in those cases we try to make the nose look as feminine as possible.
