    43 year old female with Bilateral Breast Reduction procedure. Patient presented with 20 years of back, neck, and shoulder pain as well as bra strap grooving. Patient's original bra size was a G cup. Greater than 1255 grams of tissue was removed from both breasts during this procedure. Patient is 5'7'' and 290lbs.
