    65 year old man with very loose skin and some excess fat around torso wished to improve the overall appearance. Traditional liposuction could result in looser skin. The patient was treated with Smartlipo Triplex which resulted in both fat reduction and tightening of the abdominal skin in a very positive way. Photos at three months. Tightening can continue for six months post-op.
