I've been to my doctor for some moles that are not cancerous. My doctor said since my insurance wouldn't cover it, it would cost about $450 to remove them. I've been on other forums and they are recommending itworkspaste or molepaste. I saw the before and after pics but would like to hear some real results from someone here. Has anyone tried either of these? If so, how were your results.

Hi there,I have what I think to be several flat moles on my back and abdomen. They are not raised and are as smooth as my skin only quite a dark brown.I want to have the colour from them removed for cosmetic reasons. Is an IPL safe to do so on these and will it remove the pigmentation fully so it matches the rest of the skin? Many thanks. Appreciate any help given.

I've been looking at Dr. Anil Shaw but have read a few comments on here that made me second guess. I'm mainly looking to have a few moles removed and I do not want to end up with a scar. Plus I've been thinking about getting lip augmentation and/or facial fillers. Does anyone have any recommendations? Doesn't have to be the same doctor for every procedure, just someone located...

I had a mole on my forehead, it got a slight bit bumpy, and was borderless. I tried lots of different things to no avail. Finally I decided to try hydrogen peroxide, the 3% you can buy almost anywhere. Used that and bought some dial hand soap, the kind in the pump. I washed my face and hands really good and the mole area with the dial. Then I ran water , kinda warm over the mole with the soap...

I'm 33 just had a baby and noticed a mole or freckle ( flat, oval, brown, clear borders) between my toes during pregnancy. I didn't think anything of it. I now have a very tiny freckle on the top of the same tie. My GP was not concerned, but everything I read says new moles on feet are very serious. Is this true??

Few months ago I noticed a new tiny mole (1 mm) in the skin folds beside the armpit, and it did not change color, shape or size. It's brown, a little raised (it feels actually as a skin tag), regular borders and color, symmetrical, so it looks just fine, but unfortunately I have health anxiety and anything new on my skin concerns me. I am in my mid-30's, Caucasian, medium complexion and have...

Hi I was referred to a plastic surgeon for a few mole removals. During our consult he started to randomly talk about a facelift? I felt he was a good match for me and knowledgable but once he started to speak about a facelift I felt uneasy because I didn't go there to get one nor do I need it. I'm scheduled for the procedure in 2 months and I'm not sure if I should go with him anymore. Do all...

I have 5 raised and 2 flat moles on my face. 3 on Nose, under eye, cheeks. Most of them are 0.25 inches (approx 5mm-6mm) or smaller. They number are and size are slowly growing and as they are on the face, I am not too happy about them. I showed it to a well known cosmetic surgeon (rated well on RealSelf.com) in my area and he suggested to get them surgically removed.I have...

I had a slightly raised mole on my cheek removed with shaving 4 months ago. The doctor also used laser therapy to build back up the indentation that the removal left. The laser turned the area red and now a month since I've gone back, it is back to brown. Now I have an indent and the color of the mole is returned. I am so self conscious of this - it looks worse now. It is dark like before and...

My dermo shaved a mole so deep and after 7 months still a very visible divot. I saw her recently to see what my options were, she claimed she couldn’t see anything (gaslighting me). She finally agreed something was visible, said it was exactly what she wanted and if I didn’t like her work I should go somewhere else. Am getting a second opinion now but pretty frustrated with the way she dis...

Can someone please refer me to a doctor who can perform this procedure...Im interested in having a mole removed from the white part of my eye

Hi, I have a mole located just under my lip. I am looking to have it removed but have seen that everywhere would like a consultation before giving an idea of cost. It is a bit of a risk paying £125 and then being told it is the most expensive process at £400+ . I have attached a picture, anyone with something similar who has had it removed and knows which method was used? Thanks in advance.

Couple of weeks I noticed pinpoint new mole on my palm . I am not sure ,but I think I injured it ,so It turned to red bump , two days later it turned to flat again ,but it got darker . Can it be blood blister on my mole?İf it is melanoma ,can melanoma turn to flat from rasied?

I am having trouble finding a plastic surgeon in Los Angeles who utilizes the radio frequency surgery method of removing moles. The mole on my nose looks almost exactly the same as the attached sample picture (ignore the after picture of course).

Hi, I have been looking for a doctor in the GTA to perform a mole removal on my face for cosmetic purposes. More specifically, I'm interested in mole shaving. I'm also looking to have it done as soon as possible, preferably this week. I have attached a photo. If anyone has any recommendations please let me know!

My 12yo has a 1cm blue nevus on the right hand, posterior lateral side just distal to the wrist. My pediatrician recommended we see a plastic surgeon instead of a dermatologist due to the complex nature of the hand. I live in western Suffolk county, NY & would like some referrals of doctors especially those with a decent bedside manner. A few names that popped up on my insurance are: Feld,...
