It's has an asymmetrical shape little bumps on it and different colors I just need a second opinion

Skin cancer check up in December was clear, this has been seen recently by friend as I can't really see it .. 

I am worried about cancer. Whated to know what these bumps look like to a doctor.. I am so worried.. It's all on one arm
