Several years ago, I had Mohs surgery to remove a basal cell spot on my scalp. The spot scabs and bleeds on occasion after all this time. My hair stylist notices it, too. The PA said it is common. Is it normal for that spot to still have irritation?
A pore on my nose has bled 3x times in the last few months. After the first time (I did a silly nose strip thing.. pandemic bordem...), it has stayed red and not gone away. I thought it would heal and hasn't bled in months but the spot remains. Any idea if this could be basal cell carcinoma? If unlikely, anything I can do to help it heal? I'm 38F.
Basal cell carcinoma on forehead removed 7/9. Sutures removed 7 days later. Doctor was not present at time of suture removal. Assist didn't give any instructions. 3 days later there has been light bleeding. I've been using antibiotic ointment and bandaid. Why am I lightly bleeding? The picture was taken tonight 7/20. MOHS performed 7/9. Does it look like it opened up? Calling my dermatologist on Monday since it's the weekend. Any opinions or recommendations?
I was diagnosed with nodular BCC in the middle of my forehead. I have an appointment with a Mohs surgeon and a plastic surgeon to do the closure. Their offices are on different sides of town. I am worried about taking a jerky, bumpy taxi trip in heavy big city traffic with a fresh open wound on my forehead. Can this lead to more problems, excess bleeding, more bruising?
I had MOHS on my left nostil and near the crease. I had a graft and dissolvable stitches too. It hasn't been a week. I still get some bleeding at night and my graft looks white clearish now. Is this normal. I still keep it covered and clean with 50/50 water and hydrogen peroxide and lots of vaseline.
I had a red bump pop up on my nose about 6 months ago. It is slightly raised. It doesn't hurt, or doesn't bleed at all. It's just there and annoying me. When I press on it, it disappears and goes away. When I let go and don't apply pressure, it returns and turns red again. It has a small pinhead looking center almost like a sunken blackhead but not black but red. It has some blood vessels around it. I have used a clarisonic for years scrubbing. Looks like either basal cell or spider angioma??
I have two moles on my inner lips of vagina. they are symmetrical. one in right lip and one in left lip. one is a little bigger than other one. about 2 mm and 2.5 mm. they are there for some years without any pain or something. just i think they were smaller some years ago. today i found out some blood. both bleed at once without any pain. I am very anxious. could you please guide me about this problem? i feel so bad
I have a family member, with what I am positive is a large basal cell carcinoma, refusing doctor visits. The picture is what the cancer looked like 6 months ago. This is a photo I found identical to their sore, except theirs is right in front of their right ear. It's now slightly sunken in and bleeds. Recently their nose has begun bleeding, and it's only one nostril...the same side as the cancer. I believe it has rooted itself deep into their face, causing the nose bleeds. Any advice?
